This Serpentinite Pounamu originates from the Haast in South Westland. Pounamu is the stone of good luck and love, and Serpentinite carries a grounding and calming energy.
Artist Comment - The white oxidised tips of this serpentinite makes the earrings look so much like huia feathers. They are made from really thin slices of pounamu though, so care needs to be taken with them. They look absolutely stunning with the light behind them.
